The F3 Framework is the roadmap to take you on this journey. We will look at the FOOD you eat now and learn new habits to improve how to eat for health and weight loss. Finding your FITNESS is key to developing a plan to help you move more now and stay mobile, strong, and capable as you age. We will FOCUS on your habits, your relationship with food, stress and emotional eating, self sabotage, strategies for winning as you develop new habits, sleep quality, and so much more.
You will be transformed and will NEVER have to go on another diet!

1. What if I have dietary restrictions?
You are not required to specific foods but rather the principles of healthy eating will be taught. You can honor your dietary restrictions and still succeed. I am here to help you with swaps as needed.
2. What if I've never worked out before?
I will meet you right where you are and help you start getting more movement into your routine. No worries at all!
3. What if I don't have a gym membership or access to equipment?
If you opt to add programmed workouts to your journey, you don't need a gym membership. Your body and some dumbbells or bands will be sufficient. If you don't have any dumbbells, I can give you a substitute body weight movement.
4. Am I guaranteed to lose weight?
No, this is not a diet or a quick fix. Due to a variety of factors including past dieting history, it's hard to know how your body will respond. I can't guarantee you'll lose weight but I KNOW that if you follow the F3 Framework closely, you will set yourself up for success!
